Our landscape is surrounded by icy mountains, frozen ice, and water. It's a lovely sunny day in Icyland, with the sun shining so bright that it's wearing shades. There's a little cloud floating in the sky.
Down on the ice, we have our igloo, where we can go inside to keep warm from the icy breeze. I'm the Adventurer, the little one in the warm brown suit with green mittens and fur around my face.
While on the ice, we can see a killer whale and her cub in the water, a beluga whale and her baby, and three dolphins jumping out of the water. There's also a grey seal laying on the ice with its pup close by, a big walrus and her baby laying on an ice shelf, two narwhals swimming by, a couple of sharks smiling, penguins perched on an ice shelf, and a polar bear with her cub high on an ice cliff. And up in the sky, there's a plane flying over.
What a glorious day in Icyland! What adventures can you make up with your little ones? Or let them play and make up their own stories.
You can place your child's photo on the Ice Adventurer tile (in the circle for the face) and then your child becomes the adventurer in the scene.
What animals do they find? What is the weather like? It could be a sunny day, an overcast day, or a cloudy day.

Our Magnetic Storyboard Sets allows your little ones to play creatively on there own or with others to make there own stories in our scenes. Simply create a scene by placing the MDF magnets onto the magnetic landscape (note - you will need a whiteboard or magnetic surface (fridge) to attach the landsape too); the elements can be arranged rearranged over and over.

- These can be used over and over (we recommend you wipe the elements with a damp cloth, do not soak or place in water as the MDF will swell.
- You can use this set with our other magnetic storyboards and make up many different stories.

The Icy Wonderland Adventure
On a glorious sunny day in Icyland, our Adventurer "Andre" set out on a journey of discovery. Andre was a curious little one, always eager to explore new places and meet new creatures.
Bundled up in a warm brown suit with green mittens and fur around his face, he set off from the igloo with his friends. As they walked, they marveled at the beauty of the icy landscape. The sun shone brightly, reflecting off the frozen ice and water. The mountains towered above them, their peaks capped with snow.
They soon came across a group of killer whales and their cubs playing in the water. The all watched in awe as the whales leaped and twirled through the air.
Next, they saw a beluga whale and her baby swimming alongside a pod of dolphins. The dolphins jumped and splashed, their playful antics making them all laugh.
They continued on their journey, and soon came across a group of seals and walruses sunbathing on the ice. Andre stopped to pet the seals and walruses, and they all seemed to enjoy the attention.
Andre also saw a narwhal and a shark swimming nearby. The narwhal's tusk glinted in the sunlight, and the shark's sharp teeth were a reminder of the dangers of the icy waters.
A group of penguins perched on an ice shelf. The penguins were waddling around and squawking, Andre couldn't help but smile.
Finally, Andre came across a polar bear and her cub sitting on a high ice cliff. The polar bear looked down at Andre with its big brown eyes, and Andre felt a sense of awe and wonder.
They all spent the rest of the day exploring the icy wonderland. They saw many other amazing creatures, including arctic foxes, snow owls, and even a few aurora borealis dancing in the sky.
As the sun began to set, Andre returned to his igloo, tired but happy. They had had a wonderful day exploring the icy wonderland and meeting all of its amazing creatures.
Andre knew that he would never forget his icy wonderland adventure. It was a day that he would cherish forever.
