Refund & Returns

Thanks for shopping with Early May Enterprises Pty Ltd  T/as  Andre & Oskar's

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we're here to help.

If you need to return an item - Please call us 0400-703-851.  We're often able to fix problems over the phone. If you still need to return the item, we'll supply you with a Return Authorisation Code and instructions on how to return your item for inspection.

Faulty or damaged goods

We're happy to have you contact us and arrange to return an item you've purchased if you deem that:

  • it has a fault
  • and
  • you can supply proof of purchase.

Once we receive your return we'll inspect the goods. If we deem the product faulty or damaged we will replace it at No Charge.

If the damage or fault is minor, we reserve the right to offer a repair only. In this case we then reserve the right to not offer a refund, in-store credit or exchange.

If we're not able to establish proof of your purchase, we won't be able to provide a refund, store credit or exchange.

Changing your mind

If you change your mind about an item you purchased we're happy to have you return it for an in-store credit or exchange.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • unused
  • in the same condition that you received
  • in its original packaging
  • and
  • returned along with your proof of purchase within 30 days of you receiving it.

Your credit won't include any shipping and handling charges incurred when it was initially sent to you (even if the order included free shipping) and you'll also need to cover the shipping costs to return the product.

Unfortunately, we aren't able to provide a refund in cases where you change your mind.

Please note
We are also unable to accept returns or exchanges on gift cards purchased online.

We do not offer a refund on ANY digital or downloaded products.
