Shipping & Delivery - Australia

Availability:

All Andre & Oskar's - products will ship direct from our warehouse in Brisbane, Queensland - We try to despatch same day (orders prior 11am) or within 1 business day of your order.   If there is any delay with shipping your order - we will contact you by phone or email.  

Some products are subject to availability - you will be advised accordingly if any delay.

Custom Print Jobs - take time - if there is a delay - we will contact you.

Carriers:  We ship all our parcels/packages via Australia Post.   

We do not take requests for the shipping carrier.

Tracking Information:

Please make sure that you give us an accurate street address along with a contact phone number; that can be delivered to and provide an email address for tracking your parcel.

Shipping & Delivery - Rest of World

Availability: 

All Andre & Oskar's - products will ship direct from our warehouse in Brisbane, Queensland - normally the same day or within 2 business day of your order.   If there is any delay with shipping your order - we will contact you via email.

Other products are subject to availability - you will be advised accordingly if any delay.

Carriers:  We ship all our parcels/packages via Australia Post.

We do not take requests for the shipping carrier.

All International Orders:  We do not know or have any control over customs, duty, brokerage fees, or any other additional fees that will be added by government agencies at time of delivery. We have no way of knowing what governments charge citizens of other countries beyond the actual shipping charges that we collect on our own invoices.
