Embroidery
MOQ = 20 units (New and Repeat Jobs / Same Product Type & Colour)
Set Up Fees = POA
Repeat Set Up = Free of Charge
Metallic Thread = Add $2.00 per item
Thread Colour Change = $15 per colour
A digitising / Set Up of $75 will be charged where DST/EMB files are supplied
Orders that are cancelled after being digitised will be charged the digitising fee of $75.
Number of Colours = 15 Colours Maximum
All text must be minimum 5mm to 6mm high to be embroidered and be legible.
A&O produced embroidery files, both DST and EMB present the quality and integrity of our work and are the property of A&O. We do not supply DST or EMB files to distributors or other decorators.
Supplied DST / EMB Files must be accompanied by an art file at all times.
If the supplied file cannot be used without manipulation A&O will digitise based on the art file provided.
All supplied files must contain the Colour Sequence Required (not just a colour list).
Example below: there are only 3 colours – blue/white/red in this file but we require a sequence showing 5 steps
Thread Brand must be noted and will be converted to a Floriani or Kingstar equivalent that we stock.
Files must be provided at the correct size to suit the product. All accepted decoration sizes are as per the Decoration Tab per Product.
Files must Run Centre-Out for Caps
Note A&O do not ever edit files – if a file cannot be supplied exactly as required, A&O will need to re-digitise from scratch and therefore vector artwork will need to be provided.
EMB File is strongly suggested rather than .DST files.

Artwork must be provided on the Technical Drawing Template provided.
Artwork/Design not provided on the Technical Drawing template may be charged redraw fees. See Artwork.
Laser Etching
MOQ = 20 units (New and Repeat Jobs / Same Product Type & Colour)
Set Up Fees = $75 per logo
Repeat Set Up = Free of Charge (exact repeat)
Artwork
File Type Require = Vector EPS files to size. You should also include PMS Colours or if Embroidery Kingstar Thread Colours where applicable.
Supplied Logo Redraw or Alteration = $80 per hour or part there of
Artwork Approval = Amendments after 1st Proof will be charged at $40 +GST per additional proof. Artwork is not to exact scale and is shown on the product for positional reference only.
Delays in receiving final art approvals may impact upon deadlines. Please check this proof carefully for errors and omissions. Your signature constitutes acceptance of full responsibility for all errors, omissions and legal and ethical compliance with this decoration. Note: Once approved and production commences, any changes to the job (item, colour, artwork, etc.) may cause you to incur additional costs (this includes the cost of product already produced, redesign of artwork, etc.). Incomplete approvals will not be processed.
Artwork is kept for approx. 2 years only. After this time normal set up fees will apply.
Mock Ups without an order are available upon request = $80 ea + gst.
Logo Size / Decoration Area
Maximum decoration areas are specified per product per decoration type on our website and are to be used as a guide only. If the same design/logo is required in two sizes, they will be treated as two different designs and charged accordingly. Individual logo placement will vary depending on the logo structure and position required. Please confirm all logo placements and sizes if you are unsure.
Production Times / Lead Times - Estimated
Production will not commence on any job until we have received the approval to proceed and payment.
Production Lead Times are noted per decoration type, there will be additional freight days for delivery.
Multiple decoration types or large order quantities may require extra production time, we will confirm ETA at time of order.
Pre-Production Sampling will result in delayed production times and dispatch dates.
Pre-Production Samples
There is a cost involved to produce a Pre-production Sample before full production, see below
Supacolour = $150 + the product cost
Embroidery = $150 + the product cost
Supasub, Supaetch, Supaflex = $150 + the product cost
Sublimation Hatbands = $150 + the product cost
Sublimation Towels = $150 + the product cost
Laser Etching = $150 + the product cost
Screenprinting = $150 + the product cost
Pre-Production Sample prices are for 1 Logo, 1 Position only. Price on application for 2 or more logos or 2 Colour Screenprint or 2 or more decoration types.
Production time can vary depending on decoration type but is generally between 2-4 days from approval.
Sampling will result in delayed production times and dispatch dates for the full job.
Rebagging, Swing Tags, Barcodes
Rebagging already individually poly-bagged apparel (Jackets, Polos, Vests only): Add $1.50ea (this includes unbagging)
Business Shirts - our decoration pricing includes standard apparel folding and re-bagging only. Re-pinning and repacking service is not available and cannot be provided.
Barcodes (customer supplied): Add $0.50ea
Swing Tags (customer supplied): Add $0.50ea
Re-bagging, Swing Tagging and Barcoding will require additional production time. This will be confirmed at the time of placing the order.
Products & Imagery & Decoration Colours
The images of the items on our website are not contractual. We reserve the right to change, without notice, the product specifications or colours of any items on our website. Furthermore, whilst every effort is make to ensure accuracy of the products displayed on our website, they should be used as a guide only, differences can occur due to the manufacturing and printing process. Dye lot variations may occur from time to time. We also do not take responsibility for minor differences in colour upon receipt of the finished product as a number of factors can affect the perception of product colours shown, including the display you are using (eg: night shift on mobile phones or modified display settings), the light the product is viewed in, different monitor set ups.
Order Change or Cancellation
No change to or cancellation of decorated orders after production has begun will be accepted.
